GENERAL
HOW DOES ZAOREE SEARCH ENGINE WORK?
Zaoree does not index the web pages to offer their results, we are a "metasearch engine" that we use the results of Google and Bing to make your search as accurate as possible. That is, we take the results of these two search engines, and then, using our own algorithm, we select the best results of each one to offer them in a single search. Therefore, with Zaoree, you have the best of Google and the best of Bing in a single search.
In addition, Zaoree is the first search engine that pays you for your searches and the advertisements that impacts you as a result of analyzing your interests. In any case, it is not mandatory that you register to use Zaoree, because without having to identify yourself you will be able to use it and find the organic results as in any other search engine. However, only with your registration you can earn money and monetize all searches and information you receive.
FROM WHAT DEVICES CAN I ACCESS ZAOREE?
From anyone who can connect to the internet: a smartphone, a tablet, a PC or even a Smart TV.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO START MAKING MONEY IN ZAOREE?
You just have to register, fill in your Profile and do searches.
Remember that the more detailed your Profile is and the more precise it is, the more paid advertising you will receive, because advertisers are only interested in showing their advertising to people they know.
Also, as with your profile, the more Achievements you make, the more paid ads you will receive.
WHAT IF I REGISTER, BUT I DO NOT FILL OUT MY PROFILE DATA?
Well, you will receive little or no paid advertising because, as we have said, advertisers are only interested in showing their advertising to people they know.
AND WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO EVERY TIME I ENTER ZAOREE?
When registered, you just have to log in by entering your username and password.
CAN THE UNREGISTERED USERS ALSO USE ZAOREE?
Yes, they can do exactly the same searches and they will have the same results.
And they can perform some actions (visit a web page and watch a full-screen video), but they will not get paid for those actions, because we do not know who they are and therefore we can not assign that money to anyone.
It is also possible that you will see images and background videos of advertising, but they will not get paid to see them, because we do not know who they are and therefore we can not assign this money to anyone.
WHAT WAYS CAN I EARN MONEY IN ZAOREE?
Currently you have 9 ways to earn money in Zaoree:

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I EARN IN ZAOREE?
That is impossible to know, since it depends on several factors that can not be known in advance. Basically, it depends on three factors:
- • The activity that you have as an User, that is, how much you interact with the paid advertising that is shown to you.
- • The activity that you have as an Ambassador, that is, how many people and companies register with your Ambassador's Code.
- • The activity that people and companies that have registered with your Ambassador's Code have.
HOW MUCH DOES ZAOREE COST?
Nothing: Zaoree will never charge you for registering or using your service.
WHAT KIND OF REMUNERATED ADVERTISEMENTS WILL I FIND?
- Basically, it depends on six issues:
- • The search you are doing.
- • The information given by your Profile.
- • Your location.
- • The device you are using.
- • The day and time you do the search.
- • Achievements you have achieved (advertisers may limit showing their ads to users with a certain number of points).
As soon as you change any of these factors, the paid advertisements that are shown to you will change.
I HAVE FILLED OUT MY PROFILE AND I DO SEARCH, BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANY REMUNERATED ACTION, WHAT CAN I DO?
As we have said, paid ads depend on six factors, so try to change them:
- • Search: try to do other different searches.
- • Profile: check that your Profile is fully filled and correct.
- • Location: perhaps when you change your location, more ads will appear.
- • Device: try using another device.
- • Day and time: search on different days and times.
- • Achievements: increase your points by making more Achievements.
THE BACKGROUND VIDEOS THAT APPEAR CAN NOT BE HEARD, WHY?
In order not to be excessively intrusive, the background videos that appear have the sound disabled by default. If you want to enable it, just click on the Speaker icon.
WHAT OBLIGATIONS DO I HAVE AS A ZAOREE USER?
You basically have three different types of obligations:
- • Not to fake your identity by pretending to be any other person or company.
- • Not to change your IP and / or location using any system (VPNs, Proxies, etc.).
- • Not to use Zaoree for outlaw activities, morality and public order, as well as for prohibited purposes or that violate or damage the rights of third parties.
- • Not to use bots, robots, programs, scripts, code, etc. to use Zaoree pretending to be a person.
- • To use the search engine naturally and normally, to search for things you need in your daily life, unable to do forced searches or without a real intention in what you are looking for.

CONTACT FORMS
HOW DO THE CONTACT FORMS WORK EXACTLY?
In a Contact Form you fill your contact information so that the advertiser can contact you directly to offer your products or services. There are two kinds:
• Basic Contact Form: fill your name and your e-mail.
• Extended Contact Form: you fill your name, your e-mail and your phone number.
Logically, you will be paid more for an Extended Form than for a Basic one, since you are giving more information to the advertiser.
SURVEYS
HOW DO SURVEYS WORK EXACTLY?
An Survey is a series of questions that the advertiser asks you to get to know you better and to know your habits and customs, especially with regard to consumer products and services.
Depending on the sector of the advertiser and the advertiser himself, the survey can take many different ways.
Of course, before the survey is published, the Zaoree team reviews it to verify that there are no wrong, meaningless or even offensive questions.
In addition, in the survey the advertiser can ask for your contact information. If so, you fill your contact information therefore the advertiser can directly contact you to offer your products or services. There are three types:
- • Short Survey: from 1 to 12 questions.
- • Average Survey: from 13 to 24 questions.
- • Long Survey: from 25 to 36 questions.
Obviously, the one that is better paid is Long Survey, then the Average and finally the Short.
PAID ACTIONS
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY I HAVE EARNED CURRENTLY?
As soon as you log in, you will see it in the lower right corner of the screen. And if you open your Control Panel, you will see it in the upper right corner of the screen.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH WILL I BE PAID FOR EACH ACTION?
Before taking an action you will see an amount beside: that is the money you will get paid if you do it correctly. Therefore, you can make the decision to perform the action or not in a free and informed way.
HOW MUCH WILL I GET PAID BY THE DIFFERENT ACTIONS?
The amount you receive by performing each action will depend on the country where you are at the time of that. That´s because the Price Rates that Zaoree charges advertisers vary from one country to another. Therefore, if you change your country, it may be the case that you get paid different amounts for having performed exactly the same action.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT I HAVE PERFORMED AN ACTION CORRECTLY AND I WILL BE PAID FOR IT?
As soon as you correctly perform an action, two things will happen:
- • You will see that the figure of your current balance is updated to the new amount and increases its size for a few seconds.
- • If you look inside your Control Panel, in the Actions tab, you will see the data of the action you have taken, the amount you have earned, the date and time.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A BACKGROUND IMAGE OR VIDEO IS REMUNERATED?
Because two things will happen:
- • In the lower left corner you will see the name of the advertiser and the amount paid to you by seeing it.
- • Automatically, that amount will have been added to your balance.
THEN, WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO WHEN A BACKGROUND IMAGE OR A REMUNERATED VIDEO IS SHOWN?
Nothing, just watch them. The amount paid to you by wathching them will automatically go to your balance.
In the background images, you can click on the name and download them to your device, but that does not affect your incomes.
HOW TO RECEIVE MONEY
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM BALANCE TO COLLECT?
Currently it is € 1.00.
HOW IS THE COLLECTION REQUESTED?
You just have to go to your Control Panel, to the Remove Credit tab and choose the way to get paid.
IN WHAT WAYS CAN I CURRENTLY COLLECT MY MONEY?
You can request the payment through PayPal or transfer to your current bank account.
CAN I CHANGE MY COLLECTION DATA?
Yes, every time you request a payment, you can indicate different collection information.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PAYMENT?
It depends on the way you have chosen:
- • Via bank transfer: the same day, but can take up to 1 working day and even more for payments between accounts in different countries.
- • Via PayPal: usually take minutes, but can take up to 1 business day and even more for payments between accounts in different countries.
WHO IS CHARGED FOR THE COMMISSIONS BY THE PAYMENT MEANS CHOSEN?
The user of Zaoree. The amount we pay you will be the amount of your balance at the time of requesting the collection less the commissions of the means of payment chosen by the user.
That is why you have to choose the means of payment that has fewer commissions.
COLLECTION OF MONEY THROUGH PAYPAL OR TRANSFER: WHICH HAS LESS COMMISSIONS?
There are two cases:
- • If your checking account is in a country of the SEPA area (European Union + Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino and Switzerland) and you want to charge in Euros, then the commissions of both PayPal and bank transfer are very low or even null, so you can choose any of the two options.
- • In any other case, we recommend requesting the payment of your balance using PayPal, since in these cases the PayPal commissions are much lower than those of bank transfer.
FISCAL ISSUES
DO I HAVE TO DECLARE THE MONEY I EARN WITH ZAOREE?
There are two cases:
- • The income received by individuals with fiscal domicile in Spanish territory will be taxed as personal income, applying to the general base.
- • The income received by persons with fiscal domicile outside the Spanish territory will be taxed in the analogous tax established in their country of residence, for which they should be addressed to the competent public agencies of the country of their fiscal residence.
FROM WHAT AMOUNT SHOULD I DECLARE THE INCOME RECEIVED FROM ZAOREE IN THE TAX AGENCY OF MY COUNTRY?
It depends on the country of your fiscal domicile: you must go to the competent agency of the country of your fiscal residence and make the consultation.
WILL ZAOREE SEND ME A PROOF OF THE INCOME RECEIVED?
Yes, every January-February, once all the real income and withholdings are made. It will be sent to you by email and will be uploaded to your Control Panel so you can download it whenever you want.
IF MY FISCAL DOMICILE IS OUT OF SPAIN, WHY DO I HAVE A RETENTION?
We are obliged to make retentions to all citizens who have their fiscal domicile outside Spanish territory. Then you can ask for the return of practically all the withholding when making the income statement. It is the so-called Non-Resident Income Tax (NRIT). This retention is:
- • Residents of the European Economic Area (European Union + Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein): 19%.
- • Other countries: 24%
That is, citizens, for example Mexicans, we must retain 24% of what they want to collect. That amount we pay to the Spanish Treasury, and then the user can ask for his return of practically everything when making his income statement in Mexico. Whether you are obliged or not, you can always make the declaration and request the refund of those withholdings.

ACHIEVEMENTS´ TAB
WHAT IS AN “ACHIEVEMENTS´ TAB”, HOW DOES IT WORK?
Inside the Control Panel there is a tab called Achievements. As you will see, inside there are different actions that, if you do them, we will give you points. It is divided into Achievements Achieved (those that you have already done) and Achievements to achieve (those that you have not done yet).
This system of Achievements we have implemented to reward users in their interactions with Zaoree and helps us to know you better as a user. The Achievement system is complemented with the data of your Profile and, with both, we can get an idea of how you are.
As your Profile data, the more achievements you make and the more points you have, the more likely you are that advertisers will show you their paid advertising.
When you get points, you go up Level. There are six levels, ranging from 0 to 5:
- 1. Level 0: 0 points. Therefore, it is a non-registered user.
- 2. Level 1: from 1 to 7 points.
- 3. Level 2: from 8 to 14 points.
- 4. Level 3: from 15 to 21 points.
- 5. Level 4: from 22 to 28 points.
- 6. Level 5: from 29 to 35 points.
UNSUBSCRIBE

You just have to go to your Control Panel, to the Account tab and click on Unsuscribe.
HOW LONG DOES MY UNSUBSCRIBE APPLICATION TAKE EFFECT?
Between 24 and 48 hours.
WHAT IF AT THE TIME OF APPLYING FOR UNSUBSCRIBE DO I HAVE BALANCE WITHIN ZAOREE?
If when you request to unsubscribe you have a balance within Zaoree, you will lose it, so we recommend that you first remove it.
AMBASSADORS
WHO CAN BE AN AMBASSADOR?
Any registered user (which can be anyone over 18 years of age from any part of the world or any company from anywhere in the world).
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO BE AN AMBASSADOR?
Once registered, just enter your Control Panel, in the "Embassy" tab, choose your own Ambassador's Code and spread it among all your contacts.
HOW MUCH DO ZAOREE PAY TO ME FOR BEING AN AMBASSADOR?
If a user enters your Ambassador's Code when registering with Zaoree, 15% of everything they earn as a user will automatically arrive to your account, forever.
If an advertiser enters your Ambassador's Code when registering with Zaoree, 15% of the entire balance that you enter for your campaigns will automatically arrive to your account, forever.
BUT THE USERS I BRING WILL GAIN THE SAME OR THEY WILL GAIN 15% LESS?
They will gain the same, 15% yours is separate.
WHAT IF THOSE USERS OR ADVERTISERS ARE BECOMING AMBASSADORS?
You will only get 15% of thier activity as users or as advertisers, not as Ambassadors. If they become Ambassadors, what they gain from being Ambassadors will not get you anything.
WHEN CAN I BECOME AN AMBASSADOR?
When you want, once you're registered, just go to the "Embassy" tab and choose your own Ambassador's Code.
WHO CAN THE AMBASSADOR BRING AS A "NEW USER"?
Anyone who can register with Zaoree, that is, anyone over 18 years of age anywhere in the world.

Any person or company that can register in Zaoree as an advertiser, anywhere in the world and as long as it is over 18 years old.

WHEN DOES MY BALANCE GO UP AS AN AMBASSADOR?
If you are an user, as soon as you take a paid action.
If you are an advertiser, as soon as you raise the balance to make your own campaigns
HOW TO COLLECT?
It adds to your normal balance as an user, so when you have more than € 1.00 and by PayPal or transfer.
HOW MANY USERS OR RECOMMENDED ADVERTISERS CAN I HAVE?
There is no limit on the number of recommended users or advertisers you can bring.
FOR HOW LONG CAN I USE MY AMBASSADOR´S CODE, ONCE I HAVE IT?
There is no time limit. Once you have your Ambassador´s Code, you can use it whenever you want.
HOW CAN I PROMOTE MY AMBASSADOR´S CODE AMONG MY CONTACTS?
As you want:
- • Talking directly to them.
- • By calling them by phone.
- • By sending them an SMS or e-mail with your Code.
- • By sending them a Whatsapp.
- • Via Snapchat.
- • By contacting them through your social networks.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY USERS OR ADVERTISERS HAVE BEEN REGISTERED WITH MY AMBASSADOR´S CODE, HOW MUCH HAVE I EARNED AS AN AMBASSADOR, ETC?
If you enter, within your Control Panel, in the Embassy tab, you will see:
- • Your Ambassador´s Code.
- • Number of Users that have registered up to that moment by placing your Ambassador´s Code.
- • Number of Advertisers who have registered up to that moment by placing your Ambassador's Code.
- • Total number.
- • Money that you have earned from each user.
- • Total money you have earned for your activity as a User Ambassador.
- • Money you've earned from each advertiser.
- • Total money you have earned for your activity as an Advertiser Ambassador.
- • Total money you have earned for your activity as an Ambassador for Users and Advertisers.
THEN, ZAOREE AMBASSADORS´ SYSTEM IS A PYRAMIDAL ONE?
No. It would be pyramidal if you earn money with the work of Ambassador of your embassy users, but in Zaoree it is not like that: you will only get 15% of your activity as users or as advertisers, not as Ambassadors. If they become Ambassadors, what they gain from being Ambassadors will not get you anything.
INSTITUTIONAL USERS
CAN A COMPANY OR AN NGO REGISTER AS AN USER TO BECOME AMBASSADOR?
Yes, in addition, there are two cases:
- • If the company or NGO is Spanish, then all the entities with legal personality (mercantile societies, cooperatives, foundations, associations, etc.) and entities without legal personality (civil societies, etc.) can be registered, provided they are subject to the Corporation Tax .
